This article includes answers to some frequently asked questions we received regarding the status of reseller applications.

What’s the status of my application? 

When you apply, your application’s status will be pending. Once it’s approved, you will receive an email notification that includes instructions for how to register for the Partner Portal. 

How long will it take for my application to be reviewed?

The review process will take up to 5 business days, as the application volume is high and each application is considered and reviewed thoroughly. If you do not get a reply after one week’s time, please feel free to contact our support team.

1. Fill out the Application Form with all required fields. Please be sure to review our Global Reseller Agreement before submitting your application. 
2. Once the application is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The partner team is reviewing your application and will be in touch within 5 business days.
3. If your application is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to login to the Udemy Partner Portal. 
4. Upon initial login, you’ll receive an Onboarding Kit via e-mail, with helpful links to get you started; including how to register leads, where to find training, and how to get support.
